Who we are

Gravityloop is a product of Bardani Corp (“Bardani,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect through gravityloop.io, including through products and/or services hosted at related subdomains (*.gravityloop.io), and the Gravityloop dashboard, why we collect it, and how you can control it — including the phone numbers you add for on-call paging.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, and organization details when you sign up.
  • Mobile phone numbers — numbers you add to your own account for SMS and voice paging, and the verification status of each number.
  • Service and integration data — the schedules, escalation policies, and monitoring integrations you configure, and the alert payloads they send us so we can route them.
  • Usage and log data — sign-ins, delivery receipts for alerts we send, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and support the service.
  • Website analytics — when you browse gravityloop.io, we use Google Analytics to collect standard site-usage data (pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type) via cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, deliver the alerts you've configured, respond to support requests, maintain the security and reliability of the service, and understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models or sell it to advertisers.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to gravityloop.io — which pages get visited, where visitors come from, and general usage trends. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives the usage data described above as our analytics processor; Google's use of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy. This applies to browsing our marketing site and does not apply to phone numbers or paging data, which are never sent to Google Analytics.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This is a hard rule, not a default we make exceptions to.

The one place a phone number leaves Bardani is to our messaging provider — the carrier and SMS/voice delivery infrastructure we use to send the alerts you've requested. That processor receives only what it needs to deliver the message (the number and the alert text) and is contractually restricted to using it for delivery, not marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain account and phone number data for as long as your account is active. Alert and incident history follows the retention window described in our Terms of Service and pricing plan. When you delete a number or close your account, we remove it from active systems and any remaining copies age out of backups on our standard backup rotation.

Deleting your number or your account

You can remove a phone number from your account at any time from the dashboard — this immediately stops any further SMS or voice alerts to that number. To delete your account entirely, use the account deletion option in your settings, or email us at the address below and we'll process the deletion.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account owners by email.
