One plan. Nothing held back.
No engagement tiers, no scoping calls. Every gravityloop account gets the full platform — here's what that actually includes.
What's included
Not a checklist that unlocks at higher tiers — this is what ships in every plan.
Alert ingest
A generic webhook plus named parsers for Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus Alertmanager, Sentry, and CloudWatch. If it can hit a webhook, it can page through gravityloop.
Schedules & overrides
Weekly rotations with configurable handoffs, plus time-bound overrides for the vacation or the trade you didn't plan for.
Escalation policies
Ordered stages, each with a wait before the next one fires. No response, no ack — it escalates until someone answers.
Multi-channel paging
SMS, voice with IVR acknowledgment, and mobile push to wake someone; Slack, email and webhooks for everyone else. Under 5 seconds at p95, ack from any of them.
Audit log
Every page sent, every ack, every escalation, every schedule edit — recorded with actor and timestamp, queryable in-app, exportable as CSV.
Migration tooling
Open-source importers for PagerDuty and Opsgenie. Read the code, then run one command to bring your schedules, policies, and users over.
Getting to your first real page
No discovery call required — most teams are live the same day they sign up.
Connect your monitoring
Point Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, CloudWatch, or a generic webhook at gravityloop. Named parsers work out of the box.
Build your schedule
Set up rotations, handoffs, and overrides — or migrate an existing PagerDuty or Opsgenie setup with one command.
Set your escalation policy
Decide who gets paged, in what order, and how long to wait before it escalates to the next stage.
Go live
Real alerts route through every channel you've configured, immediately. Acknowledge from whichever one reaches you first and the rest stand down.
Common questions
How long does migration actually take?
It's one command, and it's usually a matter of minutes rather than an afternoon — schedules, escalation policies, users, and integrations all come across in the same run. How long it actually takes depends on how much you're bringing. The importer is open-source, so you can read exactly what it does before handing over an API token.
What's actually included in the price?
Every feature, and every person. You pay per protected service — a service with an escalation policy attached — and users, rotations, schedules, escalation policies and integrations are all unlimited and free. Each service picks the hours it's covered for: business-hours cover costs less than round-the-clock, because a service that can't page at 3am costs less to carry. SSO, SCIM and the audit log are in the base plan, not an upgrade. The one thing that scales with use is SMS and voice paging: every service contributes to one pooled allowance, and you pay for what you send past it, because a carrier charges us for every message.
What happens if a business-hours service breaks at 3am?
You still find out — nothing is dropped, ever. The alert opens an incident, posts to Slack, email and your webhooks the moment it arrives, and sits at the top of your dashboard exactly as it would at midday. The only thing that waits for the window to open is the part meant to wake someone: the text, the phone call, and the push that rings through a silenced phone. If the incident is resolved or acknowledged overnight, nobody gets woken at all. And if it turns out you were wrong about that service, any responder on the incident can promote it to round-the-clock cover in one click — the escalation fires from that moment, not from the next billing cycle.
Does gravityloop support our monitoring stack?
There are named parsers for Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus Alertmanager, Sentry, and CloudWatch, plus a generic webhook for anything else. Most teams are routing real alerts within minutes of connecting the first integration.
What if we outgrow Pro?
There's no plan above it to outgrow into. Pro has no ceiling on services, users, rotations or integrations, and every capability we ship lands there. If you need something it doesn't cover, email hello@gravityloop.io and we'll tell you straight whether we can do it.
