Terms of service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Agreement to these terms

Gravityloop is a product of Bardani Corp (“Bardani,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Gravityloop, you agree to these terms. If you're using Gravityloop on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf.

Pricing and price changes

Every feature we ship lands in the base paid plan. We do not move existing features behind higher tiers, and we do not sell core functionality as add-ons. Single sign-on, SCIM, and audit logs are included — not upsells.

We charge per protected service — a service with an escalation policy attached — and never per person. User accounts, on-call rotations, schedules, escalation policies, and integrations are unlimited and free on every plan, at every size. We will not introduce a per-user charge, and we will not put a price on adding someone to a rotation.

Each protected service is covered either during business hours or round the clock, and that choice sets its price. On a business-hours service, alerts arriving outside the window are never discarded: they open an incident and reach Slack, email and your webhooks immediately, and only the channels intended to wake someone — SMS, voice and mobile push — wait for the window to open. You may raise a service to round-the-clock cover at any time, with immediate effect and without contacting us; a service is billed at the highest level of cover it held during the billing cycle.

Prices can change, but only for one reason: the real cost of providing the service changed. Delivering pages over SMS and voice, running redundant infrastructure, and answering support at 3am have real costs; if those costs rise, prices may rise to match. We will never raise prices because we found a new way to charge you.

If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies to your subscription.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including every phone number you add for paging, and for the activity that happens under your account credentials.

SMS and voice program terms

Gravityloop's SMS and voice program sends on-call alert notifications — pages generated by your configured monitoring integrations and escalation policies — to phone numbers you add to your own account. For a step-by-step walkthrough of how opt-in works and the exact on-screen disclosure text, see our SMS opt-in disclosure page.

  • Alerts go only to numbers you've added and verified. We never add a number to your account or send it alerts on your behalf; you add it, you verify it, and it starts receiving pages.
  • Message frequency varies. Frequency is driven by incident volume on the services you protect, not a fixed schedule — a quiet week may mean zero messages, an incident may mean several in an hour.
  • Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
  • Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact legal@gravityloop.io.
  • Reply STOP to cancel alerts to that number at any time.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; carrier coverage and message delivery are not guaranteed.

Replying STOP halts alert delivery to that number until you re-opt in. Because Gravityloop pages people during live incidents, this matters more than it would for a typical marketing list: if you or a teammate opts a number out, that number stops receiving pages entirely — including pages for incidents that number would otherwise have been escalated to — and stops receiving verification codes too, since both come from the same Gravityloop number. To opt back in, reply START to the same number. If you're on-call, don't reply STOP unless you intend to stop being paged altogether.

Service level commitments

Gravityloop does not make a contractual uptime commitment or offer service credits on any plan. Current availability is published at status.gravityloop.io.

Acceptable use

All Gravityloop tenants send SMS and voice under one shared carrier registration, so reputation is pooled: content that damages our standing with carriers degrades deliverability for every customer, including mid-incident. Alongside the general rules below, the SMS and voice program specifically prohibits:

  • Paging a number the recipient did not add to their own account for their own alerts.
  • Marketing, promotional, or bulk content of any kind sent through the paging channel — it exists for transactional on-call alerts only.
  • Using an alert body to relay a message on behalf of a third party.
  • Routing pages to numbers the account holder does not control.
  • Injecting another company's branding, name, or identity into alert content sent under our registration.

You won't use Gravityloop to send unsolicited messages, to page numbers you don't have authorization to contact, or in any way that violates applicable law or carrier requirements for A2P messaging.

Because reputation is shared, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate a tenant's SMS or voice delivery for violating this section, without prior notice where waiting would put deliverability at risk for other customers. This is separate from the pooled paging allowance described on our pricing page — it addresses abuse of the channel, not ordinary usage within your plan.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Gravityloop is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bardani disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and Bardani's aggregate liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above, or that abuse the SMS/voice program in a way that puts our carrier standing at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify account owners by email.
